On the 11th of July, the RBS Breakfast Club held its regular meeting at Dome Cafe, Waikiki. Despite some members being away for the school holidays, we had a good number of attendees, reflecting the dedication of our community.
As always, the team at Dome Cafe provided a quality breakfast, setting a positive start to our meeting. Their consistent service is something we value greatly.
We were pleased to welcome a new participant, Adam from Bizlink, who is standing in for Wayne during his absence. His input added a fresh dynamic to our discussions.
In a previous meeting, members had shared their individual goals, with a mutual agreement to hold each other accountable. This meeting allowed us to revisit these goals. It was heartening to see that some members have already achieved their goals, while others are making steady progress. Regardless of where we are in our journeys, we all agreed that the simple act of sharing our progress with the group has been a powerful motivator to take action.
A key part of our meetings is the “topic of the day” discussion. In this meeting, we brainstormed ideas for future topics. The session was productive, yielding a variety of subjects that we look forward to exploring over the next six months.
We also discussed potential guest speakers for future meetings. We believe that diverse perspectives can contribute to our collective understanding and growth. We plan to extend invitations to these individuals in the near future.
As we continue our journey, our focus extends beyond achieving our goals. We are committed to supporting each other through the challenges and successes of running our businesses. We are more than a group of business professionals; we are a community that shares stories, advice, and experiences to foster individual and collective growth.
